Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Supplier Rules Dictate Refunds

All flights booked through Pioneer Skyways are governed by the refund and cancellation rules of the underlying airline or carrier. We do not control these rules. For example, "Basic Economy" fares are typically entirely non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled per airline policy. Refund eligibility, change fees, penalties, and credit allowances are determined solely by the airline at the time of cancellation.

2. Our Cancellation Process

To request a change or cancellation, you must call our dedicated booking line at (844) 669-5449. We require advance notice of at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure, depending on the airline's rules. Cancellations, changes, and refund requests cannot be submitted by email, through the website, or by any other method.

3. Agency Fee Non-Refundability

Any agency service fees, booking fees, or processing fees charged by Pioneer Skyways at the time of purchase are 100% non-refundable. This applies even if the airline approves a refund or credit for the underlying ticket, and even if the booking is canceled due to circumstances outside your control.

4. Processing Time

If a supplier approves a refund, the refunded amount will typically be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the transaction may take up to one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Pioneer Skyways does not control supplier or bank processing timelines.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in for your flight or notify us of a cancellation by phone prior to your scheduled departure, your entire booking is considered a no-show and is forfeited. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for no-show bookings, regardless of the airline's standard policy.
